The Mixology Room

The Mixology Room focuses on the art and science of crafting cocktails.  Spirits, Syrups, Fresh Juices and Bitters are mixed and matched by the talented mixologists. Guests can also be the creators of their own drinks, choosing flavors and ingredients, and leaving the mixologists to fill in the gap.

1919 Wine and Mixology offers a large selection of wines from all over the world including sustainable and organic options.  Most of the wine options in this romantic wine bar are served by the bottle, however many varietals are offered by the glass as well.  The main area serves as a wine tasting room where patrons can lounge, listen to a live pianist and mingle in the decadent European atmosphere.  If you and your date prefer a more intimate setting to talk and enjoy one another’s company, choose a table for two in this romantic wine bar.  Whether you are a wine bar expert or a novice, our staff will assist you in finding the perfect bottle for any occasion.  If you prefer mixed drinks, you can choose crafted cocktails from our Mixology room.
