Corner Table Executive Chef Brandon Lampert
Chef Brandon Lampert is a New Orleanian native who forged his path in the kitchen starting at age 15. His first job in the business was bussing tables and soon after he was discovered by restaurateur Todd English. After completing his education at the Culinary Institute of New Orleans he has gone on to work with the likes of James Beard Award Winning Chef John Besh and Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto. Chef Lampert brings his love for all things Cajun and classical French cuisine to Corner Table. He is excited about bringing his traditional flare to the Houston food scene. He lives by the moto, ” You must be willing to do all things that no one else will do.”
